Chih-Chi completed her Bachelor of Optometry with honours in 2003 and the post-graduate component of Behavioural Optometry in 2005 from UNSW. She also completed her post-graduate certificate in Ocular Therapeutics in 2018, in order to be an ophthalmic medicine prescriber.

She is the current candidate for the fellowship of ACBO (Australasian College of Behavioural Optometry) and is currently finishing her research project on “Efficacy of In-Office Vision Therapy in Improving one’s quality of life” before completing her fellowship with ACBO. 

Chih-Chi was the first optometrist in Australia to have completed the Optometric Extension Program Foundation Clinical Curriculum. She continuously and regularly attends conferences from different modalities (e.g. sensory/motor, speech/auditory, biomedical health and functional neurology) in order to enhance her skills as an optometrist with a holistic view. She is also a certified level 1 Tomatis practitioner, helping people with their auditory processing needs. Chih-Chi is passionate about helping people achieving their maximum potential through the excellence in optometry, whether it is in the form of vision therapy, contact lenses, tints or spectacles.

In her spare time, she enjoys bushwalking and spending time with her young family and fellowship at church.

Rosemary has been involved in Behavioural Optometry for over 30 years and is a Foundation Member and Fellow of the Australasian College of Behavioural Optometrists (ACBO).  

She has an extensive background in clinical practice, child development and education and co-ordinated the Children’s Vision and Vision Therapy Clinics at the University of NSW for 25 years, where she was also responsible for designing and delivering  courses to both undergraduate and postgraduate Optometry students.  Rosemary’s contribution to Behavioural Optometry has been recognised with several awards from her profession.

Rosemary is passionate about Behavioural Optometry and Vision Therapy and the role they can play in assisting people to maximise their vision for study, work and leisure activities. Her particular areas of expertise include children with visual, developmental, learning and behavioural challenges and adults with acquired brain injuries.

In her spare time Rosemary renovates houses and with her own children now adults, she is looking forward to more relaxation and travel opportunities.

Jennifer has studied a combined Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Optometry. She graduated from UNSW in 2010 with the first class honours and the University Medal. She has then furthered her study in behavioural optometry at both UNSW as well as the OEPF Clinical Curriculum. She enjoys working with children of all ages, from zero to those above 100years!

In her spare time, she enjoys tending to her garden, baking sweet treats and spending time with her husband and bulldog. 

Natalie commenced her career as a receptionist/ secretary.  She lived in the East Kimberley for fourteen years where she worked as an Austswim certified swim teacher and a Special Needs Education Assistant.  Natalie achieved outstanding results when completed her certification in Vision Therapy and became an accredited vision therapist in 2014.  Since then she continuously updates her knowledge and skills by attending conferences to further enhance her skills as a Vision Therapist.

Natalie is a mum of three teenage children and volunteers with The OZY Youth Choir Honouring Defence Service with web design & automation. When she’s not working or volunteering she enjoys the outdoors.

Peter began his career as a qualified Optical Dispenser back in 1989. He trained and worked in his fathers’ long established optical practice in Parramatta, Jackson Optical, until he was introduced to Chih-Chi in 2013 and merged the practice.

Peter is a council member for the Australian Dispensing Opticians Association (ADOA) and was President between years 2009 to 2013. Prior to optics, Peter studied music aiming to have a career as a percussionist and was divided between a career in music, optics or both and still currently plays in community theatre and orchestras when time permits with 3 growing teenage children.

Kim has been a receptionist in the optical industry for about 15 years and joined Chih-Chi Lee Behavioural Optometrist in 2012.  Kim is passionate about helping people finding their perfect glasses and loves the fashion element of the job.

Kim has two adult sons who are now living away from home so Kim and her husband Peter are empty nesters.  Kim loves to travel, shop, cooking/entertaining and enjoys spending time with her dog Nala.

Victoria is the newest member to Chih-Chi Lee Behavioural Optometrist in the role of Receptionist/Administration with a desire to learn more about Optics in the near future. Victoria completed a Degree in Commerce and worked in corporate accounts for eleven years, before venturing into a new food franchise outlet and then selling as a going concern after five years. She enjoys working with people and delivering the best customer service.

Outside of work, Victoria enjoys badminton, tennis, fashion along with brunching and eating out in her spare time.

Daisy completed a Bachelor of Library Studies in Taiwan, and moved to Australia 15 years ago. Since then, she has utilised her good organisational skills and retrained as a book keeper. She joined Chih-Chi Lee Behavioural Optometrist since 2011 and is a valuable member of the practice, allowing the daily running of the practice running smoothly.

In her spare time, Daisy volunteers regularly to serve and enjoys fellowship at her church.
